Warranty CONDITIONS PROFESSIONAL LIGHT

1. Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of the invoice, provided they are used as intended. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase, so please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.


2. Within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair the product at our facility or replace it with a comparable item if defects are identified. Note that due to technological advancements and design updates, replacement items may differ from the original. If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will issue a credit for the purchase price. Any replaced products or parts become our property. Warranty services do not extend or restart the warranty period.


3. To claim warranty, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of discovering the defect. Include a copy of your purchase receipt and a detailed description of the issue. We may also require you to return the defective product to us at your expense.


4. Influx Technology Ltd. liability is strictly limited to the warranty terms stated. We are not liable for any damages or consequential costs, including indirect damages related to defect resolution (such as disassembly, reassembly, shipping, travel costs, scaffolding, lost profits, or operational downtime).


5. Warranty claims do not cover:
    
   • LED lamps or strips that are not permanently installed
   • Minor deviations that do not affect the product's value or functionality
   • Damage from misuse or improper handling (e.g., impacts, drops, or transport) or unintended use
   • Failure to adhere to safety instructions or operating and assembly guidelines
   • Damage to delicate components (e.g., glass) or consumables (e.g., batteries)
   • Environmental factors (e.g., moisture, heat, dust, voltage fluctuations, rust, especially in coastal areas)
   • Damage resulting from software errors
   • Wear and tear or natural aging of components (e.g., changes to coating, seals, plastic parts, connection lines)
   • Exceeding the typical operating time of 4,500 hours per year for professional use
   • Damage to electronic components or LED modules within the standard failure rate (0.2%/1000 operating hours) or light output reductions up to 1%/1000 operating hours or age-related color shifts
   • Unauthorized modifications (e.g., using third-party components)
   • Custom or special production items
6. This warranty is valid only for products purchased in Bangladesh.
